Me Swanston a récemment accordé une entrevue à Radio-Canada en lien avec M. Boily, qui a subi de la torture aux Mexique.

Me Swanston ainsi que Me Deslauriers ont, pendant plusieurs années, tenté de tout mettre en œuvre pour éviter que M. Boily soit extradé au Mexique. Leurs efforts ont toutefois été en vain, M. Boily a été extradé et torturé.

    Charges for failing to stop at the scene of an accident. During the legal proceeding, we demonstrated that our client was not aware of the accident. Our client was acquitted.

    Charges for possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana and 8 plants. Following a guilty plea, our client received an absolute discharge, the lowest level sentence possible,
    and avoided a criminal record.
